你的代码好像不全.%S%应该是一个变量. /IM是参数.

看前面的这句：
set taskkill=s

%s% /im norton* /f >nul
所以上面这句＝　taskkill /im norton* /f >nul
结束norton开头的进程．

上面这个病毒主要是结束进程，全盘搜索删除以３６０和修复开头的文件
